Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs and times – Free shipping, approx. 2-4 days from order being placed.

Orders will be shipped with Team Global Express. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

• You have 30 days to return your item. An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

• is in undamaged state
• is not worn and/or used (test shoes only inside and not outside)
• includes the original packaging.
• Totectors reserves the right to refuse returned items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

After receiving your return, it can take up to 7 working days to receive a confirmation of your refund per mail. After that it can take 10-14 days before the refunded amount is visible on your bank/credit card.  Please keep in mind that the shipping costs will not be refunded, except if agreed upon beforehand.

 Please follow the steps below:

1. Put your shoe box back in the shipping carton (take any existing labels from the shipping carton)

2. Fill in the return form, which is included in your order

3. Go to the drop off point of the mail service of choice, pay for the shipping and they will add the shipping label to your product. Keep the track & trace code carefully

4. Wait to the package to arrive at our warehouse

5. Upon receipt we will check the product and will inform you about your refund. After delivery at the warehouse it can take 7 working days before the refund is issued
